About Post- Rail Wheel Factory (RWF), Ministry of Railways, Yelahanka, Bangalore has released an official notification for engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2025-26. A total of 192 vacancies are available across 7 designated trades including Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic and more. Candidates who have passed 10th class with minimum 50% marks and hold a National Trade Certificate (NTC) from NCVT are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted before 01-04-2026. Qualification

  • 10th Class / Matriculation or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board
  • National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the designated trade issued by NCVT — SCVT certificates will NOT be accepted
  • Registered with local Employment Exchange (Karnataka candidates preferred; others subject to unfilled slots) — Not required for wards of Serving Railway Employees
  • Engineering Graduates & Diploma Holders are NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Candidates awaiting ITI/NTC results or who have failed in ITI/NTC are NOT ELIGIBLE
